Flesh of my Flesh Press Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

February 24, 2005

Portland Oregon's Guerrilla Productions announces that Principal Photography is complete for their next feature film, an action/horror movie entitled Flesh of my Flesh.

Flesh of my Flesh chronicles the last hours of the War of the Undead, and the people caught in the middle.

Filmmaker Edward Martin III ("Innsmouth Legacy", "The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath") reports "What a ride! This has been just one amazing shoot. We had setbacks and miracles and all sorts of craziness. We shot through an ice storm, teenage invasions, police interventions, and bitterly cold weather. Our cast and crew stepped up to the plate and hit a freakin' home run. The footage we have looks like a million bucks!"

The final scenes were filmed in Dammasch State Hospital, a disused mental institution south of Portland. "Our location was awesome. We had a completely constructed laboratory, with walls and ceiling and floor and we could shoot in any direction. Our locations, our props, our set dressing, and our hordes and hordes of rampaging flesh-eaters, everything has come together to make the perfect last scene for this movie," he added.

Some second-unit shooting is still scheduled and post-production has already started.

Guerrilla Productions, fueled almost entirely by caffeine, released their first feature, "The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath" in October 2003 (and has already sold out of its first pressing) and has released a second DVD, called The Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak (http://www.petting-zoo.org/OrderForm.html), which includes a collection of short movies, as well as the first teaser-trailer for Flesh of my Flesh.
